I received good news from Fortaleza, Brazil, by his friend Agnieszka Community of New Horizons, which has filled my heart with joy. It is hope that the Infant God leads us!
Agnieszka writes: "(...) We just have to celebrate St. Christmas Mass in the prison. what an amazing experience!!
We arrived in prison with an altar made from a small handmade wooden table, made by one of our guys received and wedged between the bars of cells. The doors have been opened previously seemed closed before the baby Jesus. The guys in prison were very moved by involving themselves and participating with all my heart. Yet we do not have joked with emotion. One of the prisoners during the Mass was still kneeling with a look so absorbed that hit everyone. At the end of the celebration the caretaker told us yesterday that this guy had tried to hang himself to the fence and was rescued by fellow inmates.
How nice to have seen the smile on his face reborn!
During the Mass the Alleluia cry echoed by the inmates and the echo reaches to the heavens.
Thank you, Lord, for giving us rain to attend this Thanksgiving and see that the police were deeply touched.
Whenever we can be those rainbows that unites heaven with earth, with all my heart that embody the charism trying to give it to others, we experience an indescribable joy. Praise and glory to the Lord
